Submit a completed application and other required items as outlined in the application by May 15, 2012.  The fee to attend Camp Success is $125.

Some locations offer limited scholarship assistance for those who would be unable to attend otherwise.  Download the scholarship application here.  Proof of income for the current calendar year will be required to apply for a scholarship.

Camp Success is a day camp.  Parents or trusted guardians are responsible for transporting campers to and from camp each day and may be responsible for providing lunch.
